I love the Atlanta living room that Miles Redd designed for Danielle Rollins, contributing editor for Veranda magazine. His use of color is awe-inspiring. This palette is more subtle than some of his other published interiors, but I am no less entranced. I want to take a little cat nap on that velvet sofa nestled in the hazy blue symmetry. I am especially drawn to the abstract painting by Augustin Hurtado. It provides some edginess to balance all of the traditional “stuff.” And that antique Oushak rug… WOW! It all works.
